At Global Online Retail Inc. we made our return policy as fast and painless as possible with a 30 day return policy depending on your item. 

 

Items shipped and sold by Global Online Retail Inc. may be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date of shipment with the exception of some items listed in this document.

 

How do I return a Global Online Retail Inc. item?

If your item was shipped and sold by Global Online Retail Inc. you can return items within 30 days of the ship date unless the item is on the restricted list here, or it is otherwise stated on the item’s listing information.

 

To return an item to Global Online Retail Inc. you only need the following:

 

•The original manufacturer’s box with the UPC still intact (if applicable)

•All accessories, manuals, and materials provided with the original item

 

If you have these items and would like to make a return, just contact us.

 

You may use any carrier you like to return the item to us. Please write the returns address on the outside of the shipping box. Additionally, please send us the appropriate tracking information so we are able to verify that the item is on its way so we can track it.   We encourage you to get tracking and insurance so you can assure your return is received and processed without issue.

 

If it is determined you are ineligible for an return, please contact the manufacturer to see if they may assist you under the terms of their warranty.

Are there any restrictions on returning Global Online Retail Inc. items?

Global Online Retail Inc. will work with you to return most items we ship; however, there are some items that have return restrictions, or cannot be accepted for a return.

 

Perishables, Undergarments, Groceries, or Health and Beauty Items

 

For health and safety reasons, Global Online Retail Inc. is unable to accept the return of grocery, personal, consumable, and perishable items. This includes but is not limited to opened or unopened undergarments, foodstuffs, ingestible liquids, soaps, shampoos, deodorants, household cleaners, medications, and some single use medical supplies like bandages.

 

Gift Cards or Prepaid Game Cards

 

All gift cards and prepaid game cards are ineligible for return. Please contact the manufacturer or card issuer for all technical assistance with these products.

 

Opened Software, Media, Games, or Books

 

Opened software, media, games, and books may only be returned for a replacement of the exact same product. If the item was used when purchased, we will work with you to email/message us your return request.

 

Downloadable Software, Media, Games, or Books

 

All downloadable software, media, games, and books are ineligible for return. Please contact the manufacturer for all technical or warranty assistance with these products.

 

 

Will I get reimbursed for my cost of return Global Online Retail Inc.?

If, after receiving this item you discover that it is not satisfactory, simply return it for a full refund within the specified time of return on the listing (usually 30 Days).  You will only have to pay for the return shipping charges. Why do we ask you pay the shipping? If you buy an item at a physical store, and take it home and realize that it is not what you wanted or the quality is less than you expected, you have to get the item back to the physical location by driving there and standing in line to return the item.  This costs you money as well. Same concept applies here.  We pay to ship any one of our items + we pay marketplace & paypal fees- so if we paid for returns of the item and shipping of another item, we would be paying for shipping 3 times and we could not charge the low rates or offer free shipping to you to begin with.   Refund is void if you have installed, used or damaged the item in any way.

Global Online Retail Inc. will only reimburse the cost of shipping to you if you arrange the return within 30 days as noted on the specific item listing of the shipping date and the item you receive is:

If you believe that your item should be returned to us at no cost to you, please contact us and we will be glad to review the issue with you.

 

If you return an item to Global Online Retail Inc. and your item does not meet the conditions required to receive free return shipping, you may still be issued a full refund for the item.

 

 

What is the refund or replacement process for a Global Online Retail Inc. return?

Once you have arranged the return of a Global Online Retail Inc. item and sent it back, you will receive an email as soon as your return is received. Global Online Retail Inc. will then inspect your return to assure it has:

 

•The original manufacturer’s box with the UPC still intact (if applicable)

•All accessories, manuals, and materials provided with the original item

 

This process may take up to 7 business days (not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays) from the receipt of the item. If all the items needed are present and accounted for, your refund or replacement will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund or replacement you requested.

 

 

Can I exchange my Global Online Retail Inc. return for a different item?

While we always try to satisfy our customers in any way possible, Global Online Retail Inc. is unable to do exchanges for different items. If you would like to receive an item other than the one you are returning, please request a refund and place a new order for the item you desire.

 

 

What if I received the wrong product on my Global Online Retail Inc. order?

You should always receive the item you ordered in the condition it was listed in at the time of purchase.

 

If not, we want to make it right for you, just contact us via email/ messaging.

 

 

What should I do if things are missing from my Global Online Retail Inc. order?

Missing Item

 

A missing item is considered to be a complete item missing from an order.

 

If you order is missing an item, please check the tracking information on your order and make sure that you’ve received a box for each tracking number. If you have all the boxes, but still can’t find the item, search through the packing material in the boxes to see if the item may be hidden.

 

If you still can’t find the item, please contact us via email/ messaging and we will be glad to help.

 

Missing Parts

 

A missing part is considered to be a piece of an item that is missing, like a screw, manual, disc, or other piece mentioned as part of the item in the product listing or user manual.

 

Because each manufacturer individually packages each product and does not provide us spare parts, we do not have any extra parts available to ship.

 

If you would like to return a product for a refund or replacement, please see our "How do I return a Global Online Retail Inc. Item?, at the top of this document.

 

If you would prefer the parts rather than a replacement or refund, please contact the manufacturer directly and they should be able to assist you. We will be unable to help you get the parts from the manufacturer as they will ask for serial numbers, UPC codes, and registration information, all of which are now in your possession.

 

 

What does damaged mean for a Global Online Retail Inc. item?

A Global Online Retail Inc. item is considered damaged when it has dents, scratches, water spots, or evidence of mishandling or impact.

 

 

What does defective mean for a Global Online Retail Inc. item?

A Global Online Retail Inc. item is considered defective when it does not work the way the manufacturer intended and has not been damaged. If the item is described as ‘New Other’ or Used, we have likely discounted the item accordingly.  We are able to pass on huge savings to you and sell items for lower than anyone else online as a result of occasional open items, store returns, or defects.

 

 

When a Global Online Retail Inc. item is returned, who is responsible for its safe return?

The title for the product being returned and the risk of loss shall be with the customer at all times during the shipment of a product to the returns center. Additionally, any shipments from our location back to the customer for being ineligible for return per the Global Online Retail Inc. Returns Policy are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Can I return a Global Online Retail Inc. item from outside the United States?

Global Online Retail Inc. can accept returns for items we sell from areas outside the United States, but are unable to offer a label to do so. You may use any carrier you like to return the item to us; however, please get tracking information so we are able to verify that the item has been delivered to us.
